Trafalgar Smokehouse was established 5 years ago and is situated four miles south of Salisbury overlooking the Avon valley, only a short distance from our trout farm, which is situated in an area of special scientific interest and outstanding natural beauty.
The Smokehouse sources only the finest and sustainable quality fish for smoking in its state of the art, purpose-built smokery.
